This poster for the Fantastic Four is printed on translucent plastic (translite) and was released to comic book shops for use in a lightbox or a window where the light could shine through it. With art by Mike Mignola (1960-) creator of Hellboy and the B. P. R. Who worked for both Marvel and DC on such titles as Fantastic Four, Alpha Flight, The Incredible Hulk, Rocket Racoon, Phantom Stranger and Batman. Used as the cover art for the Fantastic Four Ashcan Edition 1994. Comes from non-smoking home. PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE PURCHASING.
Ghost Rider is stunt motorcyclist Johnny Blaze, who, to save the life of his foster father, agrees to give his soul to “Satan” (later revealed to be an arch-demon named Mephisto). At night and when around evil, Blaze finds his flesh consumed by hellfire, causing his head to become a flaming skull. He rides a fiery motorcycle and wields blasts of hellfire from his body, usually from his skeletal hands. He eventually learns he has been bonded with the demon Zarathos. Blaze is featured in the series Ghost Rider (vol 2) from 1972 to 1983. Nicolas Cage starred as the character in the 2007 film Ghost Rider and its sequel, Spirit of Vengeance. Gabriel Luna and Tom McComas portray the Robbie Reyes and Johnny Blaze incarnations in the 4th season of the MCU TV series Agents of SHIELD, with Henry Simmons and Clark Gregg portraying original incarnations Alphonso Mackenzie and Phil Coulson. Michael Ploog is a storyboard and comic book artist, and a visual designer for films. In comics, Ploog is best known for his work on Marvel 1970s Man-Thing and Monster of Frankenstein series, and as the initial artist on the features Ghost Rider and Werewolf by Night.
