LOW GRADE IS BETTER THAN NO GRADE! AND THIS ONE HAS THE POSTER! Heavy cover wear with a 1.25 tear at the bottom right side of the front cover. Some staining on cover (front and back) as well. 1/2 spine splits at top and bottom. Cover is detached at the top staple. Pin-up centerfold poster is intact at both staples! Packages are packed extremely well with several layers of cardboard, usually 6-8 total. Will always be noted on outside DO NOT BEND! There are no pen marks or tears to the pages. Slight fold along the front cover. I’d grade at an 7.5 to 8/10 but I’m not a professional grader so please see photos for details.
