Here is a print / poster entitled, “Thomas Edison’s Nightmare”, by Matthew Inman. Matt is a cartoonist who has been publishing on his own website “The Oatmeal” since 2009. He is a prolific author with one of his books making the New York Times Bestseller lists. Another of his quirky concepts has been into a Netflix series. Matt has created a variety of humorous / humor themed merchandise including board games, posters, coffee cups and signed prints with subjects such as Exploding Kittens, evil cats, zombies and Bigfoot. Released in November 2012, the artist describes this particular image as “complete with pigeons, lightning bolts, a fully operational Wardenclyffe, and one well placed light bulb”. Signed “The Oatmeal”, in silver ink, lower left bottom. Paper size is approximately 19″ by 27″. It is on glossy, acid free, archival 100 lb stock paper. The artwork is now unframed as it was removed from its original frame. No fading or wear. Minimal tape residue on the back. No rips or tears. No evidence of trimming. There is no reserve price.
